By accessing or using PettyLinks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PettyLinks provides a platform for users to create customizable link-in-bio pages, manage their online presence, and optionally sell digital products. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • Post sexually explicit, hateful, or discriminatory content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Digital Products

If you sell digital products through the Service:

  • You are responsible for the quality and delivery of your products

  • We charge a 5% platform fee on all sales, in addition to payment processing fees
  • Refund policies are at your discretion, but you must honor them

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of PettyLinks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PettyLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PettyLinks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
